Aactress- Stephanie Okereke shares her beauty secrets ( “My keep-fit routine” )
We all want to look great in a stunning dress. The pressures of home and family life can also mean it feels as if there's little or no time left to fit in exercise. For dazzling Nollywood star actress, Stephanie Okereke-Linus, being physically active can bolster good mental health and help one to manage stress, anxiety and even depression. She is a believer in regular exercise that helps one to achieve and maintain an ideal weight and she feels happier about her appearance which her buddies do envy.
Recall that Stephanie was inched close to winning the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2002 crown. Her stunning physique and good looks did the magic and she has maintained them always.
If you are still amazed at how she does that to remain her shapely figure, here are tips how she keeps her shape;
“Waking up an hour earlier to exercise in the morning helps me function better during the day. It gives me a better cardiovascular impact; I’m able to have more consistent workouts and more energy throughout the day.
Most people have at least a half hour break during work. That is enough time to squeeze in a short workout. I use exercising as a way to socialize. Instead of going out to eat, I go for a walk or short run with friends and catch up while I’m at it. I do physical activity which is so important to our lives. I take some time to re-evaluate where I’m spending unnecessary time and focus on doing those important things for myhealth and fitness”.

Kenneth Okonkwo Dumps Fiancee For Another Lady
If gist flying about town concerning handsome
a while ago. This is because the new catch seems to know
how to make Kenneth happier than the dumped lady.
Recall that Kenneth was reportedly engaged to one Mariam Kess Momoh, but as it stands now, Mariam will not have the privilege to be Mrs
Okonkwo, as the former Mr Nigeria has found solace in the arms of one Maureen Esisi.
According to what is being discussed within the Nollywood circuit, Kenneth met Maureen some months ago through a mutual friend. One thing led to the other, they started seeing each other and allegedly started providing warmth for each other when the weather was too cold to bear alone. "Ken is very fond of Maureen," one of the rumour-millers informed us. "The babe (Maureen) is a London chic, she is a fashion designer and has a store of hers where she sells wears. She surely knows how to keep a man asking for more," another industry gossip
told us. What some do not know is if Kenneth will take Maureen to the altar. "From what we are observing, Kenneth might want Maureen as his wife, but we doubt if Maureen is thinking in that direction," one of the tale-bearers said.

Nelson Mandela bows out at 95
Nelson Mandela, South Africa first black president has finally joined the royal and the
commoners alike in heaven. The most loved
African president will surely be missed and the
world in its entirety will mourn the man who
touched so many lives in his lifetime. He’s
indeed, a hero to blacks and whites.
The former president battled health issues in
recent months, including a recurring lung
infection that led to numerous hospitalisations.
He was pronounced mischievously dead more
than three times until he finally bowed to
death today.
"He is now resting. He is now at peace," Zuma
said. "Our nation has lost its greatest son. Our
people have lost a father." Rest in peace
Madiba!
Meanwhile, president Obama, who said the deceased was one of the countless millions whom he drew inspiration from has sent his
condolences.
“He gave me a sense of what human beings can
do when they're guided by their hopes instead
of by their fears. We have lost one of the most
influential, courageous and profoundly good
human beings that any of us will share time
with," President Obama remembers the late
icon.
Desmond Elliot, Joseph Benjamin, others root for Jimi Agbaje as governor
It is a long way from 2015 but it seems
Nollywood loves doing its things early as some
leading characters in the industry are already
campaigning for Jimi Agbaje to come on board
as Governor since Governor Babatunde Raji
Fashola would have completed his eight-year
tenure by then.
Though it is still unclear under what platform
Agbaje would elect to gun for the Lagos
number one seat after failing under DPA,
Democratic People’s Alliance in 2007 but
campaign for the pharmacist is in top gear,
especially in the make-believe world.
Leading the team of campaigners who call
themselves ‘Team Jaykay(Think Tank) are Alex
Okoroji, Desmond Elliot, Benjamin Joseph,
Gbenro Ajibade and a host of others.
Desmond carried a message on his Blackberry
Status during the week, which reads :”Decide
what you want, decide what you are willing to
exchange for it. Establish your priorities and
go to work.”
Well, I want a better and more comfortable
LAGOS. I’m willing to exchange my ‘in-action’
and ‘silence’ to speak up for a leader who will
give me the Lagos of my DREAMS.
I have established that making Jimi Kolawole
Agbaje governor, is one of my priorities and
I’m off to work on that. Join the MOVEMENT!!

Tuface Idibia, Banky W And Others Banned By The Nigerian Broadcasti ng Corporation
This would be a difficult situation to face by
these artiste as The Broadcasting Organisation
of Nigeria, BON, and the Independent
Broadcasting Association of Nigeria, IBAN,
have stopped airing musical productions
belonging to the following musicians; Chief
Ebenezer Obey, 2Face Idibia, Onyeka Onwenu,
Banky W,Iyanya, Azizat, D’Banj, Olamide, Dr.
SID, Sammy Okposo, Olu Maintain, Sunny Neji,
Rugged Man, Jasman Olofin, X-Project, Asa,
African China, Terry G, Waje, Omawumi, Sound
Sultan and J Martins.
the two bodies said they were constrained to
take this step principally as “a result of
COSON’s attitude of antagonism and
harassment under the leadership of Tony
Okoroji (COSON Chairman)”.
“No person or organisation, particularly a
collection society such as COSON has a
monopoly of authority over any other…IBAN
and BON have the utmost respect for Nigerian
artistes in their individual and collective
capacities and have indeed contributed more
than any known institution to the promotion of
Nigerian music and the development of the
entertainment industry as a whole,” the
statement reads.
But in a swift reaction, Okoroji, COSON boss,
said his organisation has read with amusement
the empty threat by the leadership of BON
that its affiliate stations would no longer play
the music of Nigerian citizens on Nigerian
stations because Nigerian musicians are asking
for their right to be paid copyright royalties
for the exploitation of their music as is done
in every country in the world.
He said it is only in a country like Nigeria that
this can take place with some people having no
regards for intellectual property.
“The threat by the leadership of BON reveals
the crass ignorance with which some members
of BON have been misled and steered into
easily avoidable crisis. For many years, this
people have used ‘divide and rule’ tactics and
threats to weaken the music industry and
ensure that the industry did not effectively
challenge its exploitation,” Okoroji said.
He stated that it is indeed revealing that IBAN/
BON people who pretend to be leaders of the
broadcast industry in Nigeria believe that they
can play music belonging to foreign nationals
for free in Nigeria without any consequence.
He said “For their information, by the
reciprocal representation agreements entered
into between COSON and several collective
management organisations around the world
and the various copyright conventions to
which Nigeria is a signatory, every broadcast
station in Nigeria is bound to pay copyright
royalties for foreign music as it must for the
music belonging to Nigerians. Failure to pay
exposes Nigeria to both economic and
diplomatic sanctions,” Okoroji disclosed.
“COSON has met with Broadcasting
Organisations of Nigeria (BON), Independent
Broadcasting Association of Nigeria (IBAN),
National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) and
practically every major broadcasting network
in Nigeria. While there are broadcasting
stations that have reached agreements with
COSON and are broadcasting music
comfortably as required by law, some other
stations have allowed themselves to be
deceived by the empty boast of people who
have told them that they can ‘handle’ COSON,”
Okoroji added.
But IBAN and BON also said their members are
ready and willing to pay royalties for works
used but will not be railroaded into arbitrarily
imposed and concocted fees which are not
based on any agreeable and verifiable tariff
and standards.
“In the circumstance, we are therefore taking
steps in liaison with important stakeholders in
the country to address and hopefully come to
a fair and reasonable resolution of this COSON
induced crises,” IBAN/BON stated.
PMNEWS learnt Prince Emeka Mba, Director
General, National Broadcasting Organisation of
Nigeria, has waded in.
The NBC boss is said to have called for a
negotiated settlement, wondering how the
stations can do away with works of the
affected artistes who are the best in Nigeria
and still meet up with requirement of NBC.
LITTLE SECRET HOW ACTRESS OMOTOLA SUSTAINS HER MARRIAGE –tells husband ‘many actors have bad mouth odour”
Do you wonder what has been keeping the
marriage of respected star actress, Omotola
Jalade-Ekehinde going strong despite the
storms in the tea cup? Well, we have found
out one little secret.
Respecting a man, as we all know, gives him
the dignity that will strengthen the bond and
help the relationship. You may be married to
him and he may be an integral part of your
life, but that doesn't mean you own him. It's
important you don't dominate or boss him
around, alone or in front of family and friends.
Learn to respect his feelings and decisions,
even if you don't agree.
As cliched as it sounds, no matter how many
years you've been married, keeping the fire
embers burning bright is important in your
relationship. This is simple secret we heard
Omotola is always applying to make her man
very special.
And this; Omotola also tells her hubby
happenstances on set. Since what brings
problem quick into any actress’ marriage is
kissing a stranger on set, Omotola is said to
know how to play safe with her man.
The husband recently opened up about what
the actress told her about some Nollywood
actors.
Asked him if he ever gets jealous seeing his
wife kissing on set, Captain Ekehinde said; No!
Not all. My wife tells me about her acting.
Most times, she even complains that some
actors she acts love scenes with have mouth or
body odour; that she was always anxious to
leave this scene. So I even pity her on what
she has to go through and endure being an
actress.

Kim Kardashian’s Card Links Xmas With Illuminati (+Photos)
Recently, the beautiful baby mama of Kanye
West, Kim Kardashian disassociates self from
the Iluminati group claiming to be a Christian
but her recent Christmas card got everyone
talking.
While some see it as mere publicity stunts,
core spiritual people claim that there is
something to the card than meets the eye. Her
Christmas card leaves her faith at a cross road.
However, recent images which make up the
Christmas card are a bit disturbing.
Considering Christmas is the celebration of
Christ's birth. There are lots of symbols,
Illuminati signs and a dark tone to it which
makes many wonder if it’s just for show or if
they are paying homage to the dark world.
We gathered that the photographer that shot
this work of art is Kanye West's favorite
photographic auteur, David LaChapelle, so the
card looks like what Kanye would want
considering the similarities with most of his
controversial artworks..
He is even featured in the card on a rolling
stone magazine cover. He may not exert much
influence in the streets but he sure does in the
Kardashian clan.
