Big award delights Moses (Nigerian footballer of the year)

Nigeria and Liverpool forward Victor Moses  is
delighted to have got the Nigerian Footballer
of the Year award.

The Nigerian Sports Awards were held on
Tuesday with Moses walking away with the
prestigious award after being up against John
Mikel Obi and Sunday Mba.

Mikel, however won the Sports Man of the
Year award while Blessing Okagbare won the
Sports Woman of the Year award.
Moses took to twitter and said: “Proud and
honoured to win the Nigerian Footballer of the
year award for 2013.
“Is a dream come true to play for my country,
so thank you everyone.”
The 22-year-old represented England at
Under-16, 17, 19 and 21 levels, before
choosing to play for Nigeria at senior level.
